Ordering Information

Terms: Net 30 days (FOB North Haven, CT) to all companies with approved credit.

Method of Delivery

Orders will be shipped by requested carrier whenever possible. If carrier is not specified, Platt & LaBonia Company, LLC will ship via best available routing and carrier.

Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect all incoming freight when received. Any visual damage must be written on bill of lading. Claims for loss or damage must be filed by customer directly with freight company.

Returns

Returned goods will not be accepted without written authorization from P&L. Products must be shipped back in the original packaging, freight prepaid. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
